Perfect family apartment located on the slopes ! Easy ski-in & ski-out with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
With a surface of 44,5m2 this apartment can welcome a maximum of 6 persons in confort.
The parents room is located on the entrance of the apartment. The hallway will get you to 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). You can find 2 single beds (bunk bed) in the kids room. The open kitchen is in the living room which has a sofa bed for 2 and will lead you to the beautiful balcony.
Kitchen is fully equiped with combined oven, dish-washer, fridge, coffee machine and kettle.
Very comfortable even with cold temperatures (newly changed entrance door and windows with high quality insulation)
You'll have access to the ski room. Towels and bed linen are included.
You'll have access to the apartment and it's ski locker.
We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything !
Sepia is located near place Jean Vuarnet. Direct access on the slopes and center at 5min walk with public elevator.
Avoriaz is 100% ski/pedestrian resort.

Ideally located in the Ruches District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski holidays in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of the Sherpa supermarket for friendly or family evenings. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa bed. The entrance has numerous storage spaces as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.
Optimised for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After renovating the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
The beehive district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski departure and arrival on the slopes all season long.
2 possibilities for arrival are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Les Prodains or the Reception. It is recommended to take a shuttle if very loaded, thanks to the public elevator of Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the 3S cable car of Prodains.
We have chosen to include sheets and towels in the rental price. A bottle of champagne will await you to welcome you. Thus, you can leave peacefully for your holidays, everything is included!2 reviews -
Beautiful view from this apartment located in Promenade des Ardoisieres
The entrance with wardrobe and closet will get you to the open kitchen, dining and living room.
On your left when you enter the apartment you'll find a bathroom with bathtub, separated toilet and a vaste room with double bed and a bunk bed. You can join the living area from this space as well.
On of the mail highlight from this apartment is the south facing balcony with great view of Morzine valley.
Apartment is equiped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, Wifi and stereo.
You'll have access to the apartment and it's balcony.

Promenade des Ardoisières is a very quiet neighborhood a fews steps away from shops. Easy ski-in/ski-out with a public elevator in front of the residence.
