Superb view and calm for this magnificent fully renovated and furnished apartment with iconic luxury design pieces. Ideally located on the highly appreciated Ardoisières promenade.
This 44m2 apartment will seduce you with its large volumes and beautiful finishes (polished concrete floor, rosewood kitchen...). It is arranged as follows:
Entrance equipped with a shoe dryer and private glove dryer to be able to ski with dry feet and hands.
Just after the entrance, 2 fully retractable single bunk beds, storage spaces and a very large mirror.
A separate toilet with a hand basin and cupboards.
The fully-equipped kitchen with height is entirely equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, integrated fridge, washer-dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a raclette appliance, an electric fondue appliance......) and overlooks a dining table with chairs.
The living room with its beautiful ceiling height features a pleasant sofa, a TV, an armchair and a Jean Prouvé coffee table, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, a Wii, WiFi modem.... And access to a large south/west facing balcony.
The room has a double bed 160cm, a second TV and numerous storage spaces.
The bathroom with a bathtub, designer washbasin and a towel radiator.
The apartment has a large ski locker in the entrance of the residence.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay in case of need.
The cleaning package includes made beds upon arrival and the provision of towels.
The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic district of Avoriaz with numerous chalets. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to easily return to the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment by snowcat. Expect around £13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.

Ideally located in the Ruches District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski holidays in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of the Sherpa supermarket for friendly or family evenings. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa bed. The entrance has numerous storage spaces as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.
Optimised for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After renovating the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
The beehive district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski departure and arrival on the slopes all season long.
2 possibilities for arrival are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Les Prodains or the Reception. It is recommended to take a shuttle if very loaded, thanks to the public elevator of Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the 3S cable car of Prodains.
