A very beautiful 62m2 apartment with an unobstructed view of Avoriaz resort and its sunsets!
It is laid out as follows:
- 1 entrance leading to a first bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
- 1 large separate WC
- 1 master bedroom with double bed, large storage cupboards and access to a first balcony facing due west.
- The living space has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area with sofa & TV - Access to the 2nd balcony.
- The second bedroom consists of a room with double bed and access to the 3rd and final balcony,
- A bathroom with shower, WC, sink and washing machine.
- Children's cabin with bunk beds and storage cupboard.
- Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence with electric shoe dryer
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.

Located at the top of Avoriaz resort, the Crozats district allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view whilst remaining close to the shops which are accessible in 8 minutes thanks to the public lifts.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian and skiable resort.
Bed linen and bath towels are included and beds are made for arrival as well as end of stay cleaning included in the cleaning & laundry package.

Ideally located in the Quartier des Ruches, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski holidays in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of the Sherpa supermarket for enjoyable evenings with friends or family. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable Rapido sofa bed. The entrance has plenty of storage as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.
Optimised for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After a renovation of the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.

The Quartier des Ruches is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski-in and ski-out access throughout the season.
You have 2 arrival options when you come to Avoriaz: Les Prodains or L'Accueil. It is advisable to take a shuttle if heavily loaded. Thanks to the Hauts-Forts public lift, the apartment is located 5 minutes' walk from the 3S cable car at Les Prodains.

Superb view and peaceful setting for this magnificent fully renovated and furnished apartment with very luxurious iconic design pieces. Ideally located on the highly appreciated Promenade des Ardoisières.
This 44m2 apartment will seduce you with its generous spaces and beautiful finishes (polished concrete flooring, rosewood kitchen...). It is laid out as follows:
Entrance equipped with private shoe and glove dryers so you can ski with dry feet and hands.
Just after the entrance, 2 bunk beds that are completely retractable, storage and a very large mirror.
A separate WC with hand basin and cupboards.
The full-height kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, integrated fridge, washer-dryer, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette machine, an electric fondue machine......) and opens onto a dining table with chairs.
The lounge with its generous ceiling height features a pleasant sofa, a TV, an armchair and a Jean Prouvé coffee table, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, a Wii, WiFi modem.... And access to a large south/west-facing balcony.

The Dromonts district is a very peaceful historic area of Avoriaz with many chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to reach the apartment easily after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you will be able to reach the apartment thanks to a snow shuttle. Allow approximately 13€ for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.
