Lovely 62m2 apartment with breathtaking views of the Avoriaz resort and its sunsets!
**The balconies are currently undergoing renovation and should be accessible for the 2024/2025 winter season**
It is laid out as follows:
- 1 entrance leading to a first bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and towel rail.
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 master bedroom with double bed, large storage cupboards and access to a first west-facing balcony.
- The living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area with sofa & TV - Access to the 2nd balcony.
- The second sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and access to the 3rd and final balcony,
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
- Children's cabin with bunk beds and storage cupboard.
- Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence with electric boot dryer
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.
We are available if needed and will be present in Avoriaz during your stay.
Located at the top of the Avoriaz resort, the Crozats district allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view while remaining close to the shops, which are accessible in 8 minutes thanks to the public lifts.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian and ski-in/ski-out resort.
Bed linen and towels are included and the beds are made for your arrival, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning included in the cleaning & laundry package.

Our 40m2 appartment is centrally located in "les ruches" neighborhood. Supermarket is 50m from our place and all commodities are around the corner. This 2 bedroom appartment was completly renovated to offer a unique experience. Loads of space in the entrance to stack your skis and snowboards, we also have a shoe dryer for 4. The kitchen is fully equiped with beautiful wood. Perfectly adapted to cooking for 6 pax. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask ! We hope to meet you in Avoriaz soon !!

Our appartment is centrally located in "Les Ruches". You are just a few meters from the supermarket and the tourism office. Apparment is Ski in/Ski out.
2 possibilities of arrival : les Prodains or the main Parking lot (Avoriaz 1800). We recommand that you ask for a shuttle once you arrive in Avoriaz if you have a lot of stuff. The appartement is 5-10min walk from the top of Les Prodains 3S (cable car).
For this season we have decided to include everything : Towels and bed linnen. A bottle of Champagne will be waiting for you in the living room as a welcome gift. So you can come in relaxed, eveything is included !2 reviews -
Superb view and calm for this magnificent apartment, entirely renovated on the Promenade des Ardoisières.
This magnificent 44m2 apartment will seduce you with its spaciousness and architectural style.
The entrance is equipped with a private boot and glove dryer, so you can ski with your hands and feet dry.
Next to the entrance, 2 fully retractable single bunk beds, storage space and a very large mirror.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, built-in fridge, washing machine with dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, electric fondue machine......) and opens onto a dining table with benches.
The high-ceilinged living room features a sofa bed, TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, wii, wifi modem.... And access to a large south/west-facing balcony.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a 2nd TV and plenty of storage space.

The apartment has a large ski locker in the entrance hall of the residence.
Cleaning fee includes beds ready at arrival and towels provided.

The Dromonts area is a quiet, historic part of Avoriaz with many chalets. The slopes are easily accessible from the apartment. A public elevator makes it easy to get back to the apartment after the day's skiing without pushing!
