Very beautiful 62m2 apartment offering an unobstructed view of the Avoriaz resort and its sunsets!
It is arranged as follows:
- 1 entrance leading to a first bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and towel dryer.
- 1 large independent WC
- 1 master bedroom with double bed, large storage cupboards and access to a first balcony facing due west.
- The living space has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area with sofa & TV - Access to the 2nd balcony.
- The second sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and access to the 3rd and last balcony,
- A bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.
- Children's cabin with bunk beds and storage cupboard.
- Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence with electric shoe dryer
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
Located at the top of the Avoriaz station, the Crozats district allows you to enjoy peace and the view while remaining close to shops that are accessible in 8 minutes thanks to public elevators.

Ideally located in the Ruches District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski holidays in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of the Sherpa supermarket for friendly or family evenings. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa bed. The entrance has numerous storage spaces as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.
Optimised for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After renovating the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.

The beehive district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski departure and arrival on the slopes all season long.
2 possibilities for arrival are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Les Prodains or the Reception. It is recommended to take a shuttle if very loaded, thanks to the public elevator of Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the 3S cable car of Prodains.

Beautiful view from this apartment located in Promenade des Ardoisieres
The entrance with wardrobe and closet will get you to the open kitchen, dining and living room.
On your left when you enter the apartment you'll find a bathroom with bathtub, separated toilet and a vaste room with double bed and a bunk bed. You can join the living area from this space as well.
On of the mail highlight from this apartment is the south facing balcony with great view of Morzine valley.
Apartment is equiped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, Wifi and stereo.
You'll have access to the apartment and it's balcony.
