This magnificent renovated apartment is located in the highly appreciated Falaise district and more specifically within the calm residence: Le Neva.
Its location 200m from the underground parking and station reception provides easy access for all travelers on departure/arrival day. You can enjoy the Portes du Soleil domain directly from the residence (arrival and departure simply from the foot of the residence and ski locker to store your equipment).
With its 2 large east-facing balconies, magnificent views of the resort and the Vorlaz point, a beautiful ceiling height, the living space is very bright and gives an impression of space!
6th and last floor of the residence accessible by elevator, the apartment is composed as follows:
- Pleasant entrance with a cupboard hiding a shoe dryer
- On the left, discover a cabin-type bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80x190cm) and a small window
- Bathroom with bathtub on the right, ideal for a moment of relaxation after a day on the slopes.
- On the left, a second bathroom with shower and suspended toilet
- Beautiful living space with fitted kitchen, sofa bed (140x190cm) and dining table. Beautiful ceiling height and access to a first balcony.

Ideally located in the Ruches District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski holidays in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of the Sherpa supermarket for friendly or family evenings. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa bed. The entrance has numerous storage spaces as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.
Optimised for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After renovating the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
The beehive district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski departure and arrival on the slopes all season long.
2 possibilities for arrival are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Les Prodains or the Reception. It is recommended to take a shuttle if very loaded, thanks to the public elevator of Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the 3S cable car of Prodains.

Superb view and calm for this magnificent apartment, entirely renovated on the Promenade des Ardoisières.
This magnificent 44m2 apartment will seduce you with its spaciousness and architectural style.
The entrance is equipped with a private boot and glove dryer, so you can ski with your hands and feet dry.
Next to the entrance, 2 fully retractable single bunk beds, storage space and a very large mirror.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, built-in fridge, washing machine with dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, electric fondue machine......) and opens onto a dining table with benches.
The high-ceilinged living room features a sofa bed, TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, wii, wifi modem.... And access to a large south/west-facing balcony.

The Dromonts area is a quiet, historic part of Avoriaz with many chalets. The slopes are easily accessible from the apartment. A public elevator makes it easy to get back to the apartment after the day's skiing without pushing!
