- Fully equipped kitchen in the hallway leading to the lounge
- Bathroom with shower and sink
- Lounge with double bench, dining table and small TV and storage cupboard
- Ski locker at the foot of the residence
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its ski locker. This rental includes end of stay cleaning, beds made on arrival as well as the provision of towels.
We are available and present in Avoriaz if needed during your stay.
Located in the Ruches district, the apartment is close to all amenities: The children's village as well as all the shops are accessible and approximately 100m from the residence.
Ski departure and return is done directly from the basement of the residence.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can get around on foot, by ski or by using the horse-drawn carriage system within Avoriaz.

Magnificent fully renovated studio cabin in autumn 2025. The Little Snow is ideal for a couple with or without children.
Fully renovated with quality materials, in a mountain chalet atmosphere, the studio comprises:
- Entrance leading to a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds and storage.
- A perfectly optimised bathroom with shower and WC.
- The brand new fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
- The living space has a sofa bed which transforms into a very comfortable double bed at night.
- From the living space, access to the west-facing balcony.
In terms of equipment, this apartment has a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, a combined microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a TV and an electric shoe and glove dryer in the entrance.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its balcony. The apartment does not have a ski locker.
The cleaning fee includes beds made on arrival, provision of towels and end of stay cleaning.
