This studio apartment is very close to the parking, west facing and easy to ski-in/ski-out. Entrance with a night space composed of a single bed (at the bottom) and a double bed (bunk). Entering the living area you'll find a bathroom with a bathtub perfect for after ski ! A door will take you to the living room. Fully equiped kitchen on your left with dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Large table with 4 chairs, living area with 2 single foldable beds. Beautiful views over Seraussaix from living area and the balcony. This nice apartement can welcome up to 4 travelers in comfort All the appartement is at your disposal We are available at any time if needed. Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence. Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement. Very nice equipped and renovated studio with its balcony! Ideal for a couple with or without a baby. A sure hit! In its modern style it is composed as follows: - Bathroom at the entrance with toilet, shower, vanity unit and towel dryer. - Bench and coat hooks in the entrance with an area to store shoes and skis. - Open and equipped kitchen overlooking a dining table attached to a bay window - Living room with sofa bed, Smart TV and large fitted wardrobe with hanging space, all opening onto a pleasant east-facing balcony with a view of the Fornet area and the Avoriaz cliff. You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its balcony. We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay. Located in the Snow residence, the apartment is close to all amenities: the Sherpa supermarket and many shops are at the foot of the residence! Ski in and ski out directly from the ground floor of the Snow residence. Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can get around on foot, on skis or by using the internal horse-drawn carriage system in Avoriaz.1 review

We had an absolutely fantastic time at La Vivace. The apartment was beautiful and came equipped with everything we needed for the week. The location was perfect, right on the slopes but still close enough to where the restaurants are. The apartment wsee more

Immodreams were extremely helpful and accommodating. Could not recommend enough.
