Magnificent fully renovated studio cabin in autumn 2025. The Little Snow is ideal for a couple with or without children.
Fully renovated with quality materials, in a mountain chalet atmosphere, the studio comprises:
- Entrance leading to a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds and storage.
- A perfectly optimised bathroom with shower and WC.
- The brand new fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
- The living space has a sofa bed which transforms into a very comfortable double bed at night.
- From the living space, access to the west-facing balcony.
In terms of equipment, this apartment has a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, a combined microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a TV and an electric shoe and glove dryer in the entrance.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its balcony. The apartment does not have a ski locker.
The cleaning fee includes beds made on arrival, provision of towels and end of stay cleaning.
Located in the Snow residence, the apartment is close to all amenities: the Sherpa supermarket and many shops are at the foot of the residence!
Ski departure and return is directly from the ground floor of the building.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can get around on foot, by ski or by using the internal carriage system in Avoriaz.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.

Beautiful views for this large renovated studio located in historical Avoriaz.
This beautiful studio has been renovated in 2019 and is located on 3rd level of Araucarya.
Entrance with large closet. Bathroom on the left with large shower. Independant toilet.
A door will take you to the living room. Fully equiped kitchen on your left with dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
A sofa bed for two next to a beautiful balcony with table and chair to enjoy breathtaking views over Morzine Valley and Hauts-Forts.
A beautiful dining table with 4 chair and 2 single sofas to lay down during the day and usable as beds to welcome a maximum of 4 travelers.
All the appartement is at your disposal
We are available at any time if needed.
Dromonts neighborhood is historical and very calm with beautiful chalels. You can easily access slopes from the apartment and with the help of a public elevator easily ski in at the end of the day !
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can join the apartement with a shuttle. Price is around 13€ for the family.
Feel free to ask if you have any question ! Cleaning, beds linen and towels are included.
