Description
This magnificent fully renovated duplex studio is ideally located in the Le Thuya residence, on the Promenade des Ardoisières.
The entrance opens onto the bathroom with bathtub and WC as well as 2 large storage cupboards. Opposite, a few steps lead up to the kitchen area (fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...) This space also has a large dining table with 5 seats.
A typical Avoriaz staircase leads to the living area consisting of a convertible sofa, TV and coffee table. Access to a quiet balcony facing due west.
To the left of the kitchen area, a few steps allow access to the mezzanine where the sleeping area is located with 2 double beds (WARNING low ceiling space that does not allow standing up), TV and storage.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic area of Avoriaz with many chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to easily reach the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment thanks to a snow groomer. Budget approximately €13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.

Beautiful views for this large renovated studio located in historical Avoriaz.
This beautiful studio has been renovated in 2019 and is located on 3rd level of Araucarya.
Entrance with large closet. Bathroom on the left with large shower. Independant toilet.
A door will take you to the living room. Fully equiped kitchen on your left with dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
A sofa bed for two next to a beautiful balcony with table and chair to enjoy breathtaking views over Morzine Valley and Hauts-Forts.
A beautiful dining table with 4 chair and 2 single sofas to lay down during the day and usable as beds to welcome a maximum of 4 travelers.
All the appartement is at your disposal
We are available at any time if needed.
Dromonts neighborhood is historical and very calm with beautiful chalels. You can easily access slopes from the apartment and with the help of a public elevator easily ski in at the end of the day !
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can join the apartement with a shuttle. Price is around 13€ for the family.
