Description
Superb view and peaceful location for this large, beautifully renovated studio on Promenade des Ardoisières.
This magnificent studio, renovated in 2020, is located on the 1st floor of the Sosna 2 residence.
Entrance leading to the bathroom with shower, sink unit &
its mirror, washing machine and WC.
Stairs descend to the living area.
When you reach the lounge on the right you will find a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, combination microwave and small refrigerator.
On the left 2 large storage cupboards and a dining table with its 4 chairs.
On the right a large double bed.
A small step down leads to the lounge area consisting of a sofa bed, an armchair, TV and coffee table.
Opposite a balcony facing due west with 2 chairs and a magnificent view over the resort and Morzine valley.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The Dromonts district is a very peaceful historic area of Avoriaz with many chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to reach the apartment easily after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment thanks to a snow groomer. Budget approximately €13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.

Fully renovated with quality materials, in a mountain chalet atmosphere, the studio comprises:
- Entrance leading to a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds and storage.

- The brand new fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Located in the Snow residence, the apartment is close to all amenities: the Sherpa supermarket and many shops are at the foot of the residence!

Magnificent renovated studio cabin perfectly suited for a family of up to 4 people.
Ideally located in the Douchka building, 100m from the covered car park and close to shops, L'Alpiniste will undoubtedly appeal to those who want to enjoy Avoriaz without hassle. Make the most of the Portes du Soleil ski area with direct ski-in/ski-out access from the residence.
This renovated apartment will seduce you with its cosy and contemporary atmosphere. It benefits from ideal exposure and enjoys an unobstructed view of the Hauts-Forts.
On the 6th floor of a residence with lift:
- Entrance hall with sleeping area equipped with bunk beds (double bed below and single bed above).
- Bathroom with toilet, bath and vanity unit.
- Living area with an equipped kitchen open to the lounge
- Pleasant dining space with bench seating and dining table
- 2-seater sofa bed in the lounge
- Storage modules
- From the lounge you will have access to the south-facing balcony with its unobstructed view
