Superb view and calm for this large, very well renovated studio on promenade des ardoisières.
This magnificent studio renovated in 2020 is located on the 1st floor of the Sosna 2 residence.
Entrance hall leading to bathroom with shower, washbasin & mirror, washing machine and WC.

Stairs lead down to the living room.
Entering the living room, on the right you'll find a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, combined microwave and small refrigerator.
To the left are 2 large storage cupboards and a dining table with 4 chairs.
On the right is a large double bed.
A small step leads down to the living area, with sofa bed, armchair, TV and coffee table.
Opposite is a west-facing balcony with 2 chairs and a magnificent view of the estate and Morzine valley.
You'll have access to the whole apartment.
We'll be on hand during your stay if you need us.
The Dromonts area is a quiet, historic part of Avoriaz with many chalets. The slopes are easily accessible from the apartment. A public elevator makes it easy to get back to the apartment after the day's skiing without having to push!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, so once you've parked your car you can take a snowcat to the apartment. You'll need to pay around €13 for a ride (bring cash) for the whole family.

Luxurious studio apartment perfect for a family with 2 kids. Ideally conceived for a family of 4, this marvelous studio apartment has been fully renovated by an architect. The bathroom is very comfortable and has loads of space with a shower. The dining room is separated from the living area with the classical "step" from iconic architectural signature of Avoriaz and residence "Le Snow". The queen size bed in the mezzanine will make you feel in a cocoon and gives this apartment a luxurious "Cabane" style ! We also have a luxury apartment available for 10 persons in the same building : The Cliff. You can easily fit 14 persons in both apartments. You'll have access to the apartment and it's balcony. We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything ! Located on "place du Snow", the apartment is centraly located : the "Village des Enfants", Sherpa supermarket and shops are within 100m from the residence. Easy ski-in/ski-out. Beaufiful views over Avoriaz resort and a warm light at the sunset. Avoriaz is a 100% ski/pedestrian resort.
