This pleasant duplex studio is ideally located in the Le Thuya residence, on the Ardoisières promenade.
The entrance leads to the bathroom with bathtub and toilet as well as 2 large storage cupboards.
Opposite the entrance door, a few steps lead up to the kitchen area (fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...) This space also has a large dining table with 4 seats.
To the right of the kitchen area, a bench seat with a trundle bed that unfolds to create 2 single beds.
A typical Avoriaz walk serves the lounge area composed of a convertible sofa, TV and coffee table. Access to a quiet balcony facing due west.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic neighbourhood in Avoriaz with numerous chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to easily reach the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort; once you've parked your car, you can reach the apartment by shuttle. Allow approximately £13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.

Magnificent studio cabin completely renovated in autumn 2025. The Little Snow is ideal for a couple with or without children.
Completely renovated with quality materials, in a mountain lodge atmosphere, the studio comprises:
- Entrance leading to a mountain corner with 2 single bunk beds and storage.
- A perfectly optimised bathroom with shower and WC.
- The brand new fully equipped kitchen and its dining area.
- The living space has a sofa bed which transforms into a very comfortable double bed at night.
- From the living space, access to the west-facing balcony.
In terms of equipment, this apartment has a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, a combined microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a TV and an electric shoe and glove dryer in the entrance.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its balcony. The apartment does not have a ski locker.
The cleaning rate includes made beds on arrival, the provision of towels as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
Located in the Snow residence, the apartment is close to all amenities: the Sherpa supermarket and many shops are at the foot of the residence!
Ski departure and return is done directly from the ground floor of the building.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can get around on foot, by ski or by using the internal carriage system at Avoriaz.
