Description
This pleasant duplex studio is ideally located in Le Thuya residence, on the famous Promenade des Ardoisières.
The entrance opens onto the bathroom with bath and WC, and 2 large storage cupboards.
Few steps lead up to the kitchen area (fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...). This area also features a large dining table with 4 seats.
On the left of the kitchen area, a daybed bed with a pull-out bed that folds out to create 2 single beds.
A small step separates the living area, featuring a convertible sofa, TV and coffee table. Access to a quiet balcony facing west.
You will have access to the whole apartment.
We are based in Avoriaz and available during your stay if needed.
The Dromonts area is a quiet, historic part of Avoriaz, with many chalets. The slopes are easily accessible from the apartment. A public elevator makes it easy to get back to the apartment after the day's skiing without having to push!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, so once you've parked your car you can take a snowcat to the apartment. You'll need to pay around €13 for a ride (bring cash) for the whole family.
