Description
This pleasant duplex studio is ideally located in Le Thuya residence, on the famous Promenade des Ardoisières.
The entrance opens onto the bathroom with bath and WC, and 2 large storage cupboards.
Few steps lead up to the kitchen area (fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...). This area also features a large dining table with 4 seats.
On the left of the kitchen area, a daybed bed with a pull-out bed that folds out to create 2 single beds.
A small step separates the living area, featuring a convertible sofa, TV and coffee table. Access to a quiet balcony facing west.
You will have access to the whole apartment.
We are based in Avoriaz and available during your stay if needed.
The Dromonts area is a quiet, historic part of Avoriaz, with many chalets. The slopes are easily accessible from the apartment. A public elevator makes it easy to get back to the apartment after the day's skiing without having to push!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, so once you've parked your car you can take a snowcat to the apartment. You'll need to pay around €13 for a ride (bring cash) for the whole family.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Nice apartement very close to the car park and easy ski-in/ski-out. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 with a beautiful west facing balcony ! This studio apartment is very close to the parking, west facing and easy to ski-in/ski-out. Entrance with a night space composed of a single bed (at the bottom) and a double bed (bunk). Entering the living area you'll find a bathroom with a bathtub perfect for after ski ! A door will take you to the living room. Fully equiped kitchen on your left with dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Large table with 4 chairs, living area with 2 single foldable beds. Beautiful views over Seraussaix from living area and the balcony. This nice apartement can welcome up to 4 travelers in comfort All the appartement is at your disposal We are available at any time if needed. Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence. Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.
