Description
This pleasant duplex studio is ideally located in the Le Thuya residence, on the Promenade des Ardoisières.
The entrance opens onto the bathroom with bathtub and WC as well as 2 large storage cupboards.
Opposite the entrance door, a few steps allow you to go up to the kitchen area (fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...) This space also has a large dining table with 4 seats.
To the right of the kitchen area, a bench with a pull-out bed that unfolds to create 2 single beds.
A typical Avoriaz staircase leads to the lounge area consisting of a sofa bed, TV and coffee table. Access to a quiet balcony facing due west.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic area of Avoriaz with many chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to reach the apartment easily after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment thanks to a tracked shuttle. Budget approximately €13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.

Ideally located in the Douchka building, 100m from the covered car park and close to shops, L'Alpiniste will undoubtedly appeal to those who want to enjoy Avoriaz without hassle. Make the most of the Portes du Soleil ski area with direct ski-in/ski-out access from the residence.
This renovated apartment will seduce you with its cosy and contemporary atmosphere. It benefits from ideal exposure and enjoys an unobstructed view of the Hauts-Forts.
On the 6th floor of a residence with lift:
- Entrance hall with sleeping area equipped with bunk beds (double bed below and single bed above).
