This renovated apartment will seduce you with its cosy and contemporary atmosphere. It benefits from ideal exposure and enjoys an unobstructed view of the Hauts-Forts.
On the 6th floor of a residence with lift:
- Entrance hall with sleeping area equipped with bunk beds (double bed below and single bed above).
- Bathroom with toilet, bath and vanity unit.
- Living area with an equipped kitchen open to the lounge
- Pleasant dining space with bench seating and dining table
- 2-seater sofa bed in the lounge
- Storage modules
- From the lounge you will have access to the south-facing balcony with its unobstructed view
- Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Our animal friends are not permitted / non-smoking accommodation / no skis or mountain bikes in the apartment please (ski locker available).
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and numerous shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurants.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from station reception)

Beautiful views for this large renovated studio located in historical Avoriaz.
This beautiful studio has been renovated in 2019 and is located on 3rd level of Araucarya.
Entrance with large closet. Bathroom on the left with large shower. Independant toilet.
A door will take you to the living room. Fully equiped kitchen on your left with dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
A sofa bed for two next to a beautiful balcony with table and chair to enjoy breathtaking views over Morzine Valley and Hauts-Forts.
A beautiful dining table with 4 chair and 2 single sofas to lay down during the day and usable as beds to welcome a maximum of 4 travelers.
All the appartement is at your disposal
We are available at any time if needed.
Dromonts neighborhood is historical and very calm with beautiful chalels. You can easily access slopes from the apartment and with the help of a public elevator easily ski in at the end of the day !
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can join the apartement with a shuttle. Price is around 13€ for the family.
