This renovated apartment will seduce you with its cosy and contemporary atmosphere. It benefits from an ideal exposure and enjoys an unobstructed view of the Hauts-Forts.
On the 6th floor of a residence with a lift:
- Entrance hall with sleeping area equipped with bunk beds (double bed at the bottom and single bed at the top)
- Bathroom with toilet, bathtub and washbasin unit
- Living area with a fitted kitchen open to the living room
- Pleasant dining area with bench and dining table
- 2-seater sofa bed in the living room
- Storage modules
- From the living room, you will have access to the south-facing balcony with its unobstructed view
- Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Our animal friends are not allowed / non-smoking accommodation / no skis or mountain bikes in the apartment please (ski locker available).
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay in case of need.
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and the resort reception. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurants.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the resort reception)

The Dromonts area is a quiet, historic part of Avoriaz with many chalets. The slopes are easily accessible from the apartment. A public elevator makes it easy to get back to the apartment after the day's skiing without having to push!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, so once you've parked your car you can take a snowcat to the apartment. You'll need to pay around €13 for a ride (bring cash) for the whole family.

Luxurious studio completely renovated ideal for a couple renovated by an architect.

The studio is ideally designed for a couple with 2 children.
In its warm style with old wood and high-quality materials, this studio is a rare gem.
Having a large shower room, each space has been designed and optimised for the well-being of its occupants.
The kitchen/living room space (sofa bed 140x190cm) is separated by a step characteristic of the architectural footprint of Avoriaz and the residence "Le Snow".
The double bed (140x200cm) in the mezzanine is nestled like a cocoon and gives it a chic cabin character.
We also have a large 10-person apartment in the same fully renovated residence (The Cliff) following the same decorative codes and standing equivalent.
It is entirely possible to consider renting the 2 apartments in order to have a maximum of 14 sleeping spaces.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its balcony.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
Located on Snow Square, the apartment is close to all amenities: The children's village and all shops are accessible and less than 100m from the residence.
Ski departure and return are done directly from the ground floor of the residence.
Thanks to its mountain-facing exposure, you will have an unobstructed view of the ski area of the resort and enjoy a warm light at sunset.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can move around on foot, by ski or by using the internal horse-drawn carriage system in Avoriaz.
