Magnificent charming semi-detached chalet in a triplex, fully renovated, with awning and private entrance, ski-in/ski-out and sauna: Chalet Grand Paradis
Fantastic semi-detached chalet with its own independent entrance and canopy. It is located in the highly appreciated Falaise district, on the right wing of the intimate residence: Le Neva
Its location 200m from the underground car park and station reception provides easy access for all travellers on departure/arrival day. You can enjoy the Portes du Soleil ski area with ski-in/ski-out access (arrival and departure simply from the chalet entrance).
With a pleasant surface and high-end equipment, with its independent entrance you will feel like staying in a chalet:
- Spacious entrance with a bench to remove shoes, storage spaces for ski equipment and electric shoe dryer.
- In the basement, thanks to the stairs, you will access the wellness area with a pleasant Sauna and its shower
- In the continuity of the entrance on the left, you will find 2 rooms in a row: a first one composed of 2 bunk beds, and a second one also with 2 bunk beds. The 2 spaces are separated by a sliding door.
- On the right, you will find a pleasant double room
- Comfortable bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and its mirror
- Second bathroom with WC and shower
- A laundry room near the entrance will allow you to wash and dry your laundry during your stay: equipped with washing machine + tumble dryer
Upstairs:
- The staircase on the ground floor will lead you to the living space where you will find an open fitted kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area with a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and access to a south-east facing balcony with a magnificent view of the ski resort and slopes.
- Separate toilet with washbasin
- The master suite is spacious and has a shower, a vanity unit with its mirror (3rd bathroom). Storage space and a double bed nestled in the attic.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 holidaymakers.

The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and the resort reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurant.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the resort reception)
