- Pleasant entrance with space to remove shoes and storage.
- Large fitted kitchen open to the living room
- Dining area and sofa, flat-screen TV, access to the balcony
- First double bedroom (140x190cm) with storage
- Independent toilet
- Bathroom with shower, sink unit and mirror
- Second bedroom consisting of 2 bunk beds (140x190cm)
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 holidaymakers.

You will have access to the entire apartment.
Our entire team is on site during your stay in case of need.
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and the resort reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurant.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the resort reception)

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartement renovated in chalet style with a beautiful south-est facing balcony !
Idealy located in Douchka residence, only 100m from undeground parking and close to the shops and restaurants. Le Caribou will please any Avoriaz lover. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the residence.

A stylish and superbly well designed apartment. Great use of space, with plenty of room for 6 guests. Ski from the front door, handy boot room on the ground floor. Quiet at night, close to all amenities. Exceptionally clean too!
