Welcome to this unique apartment. Unique indeed as it features a balcony covered with a glass roof. This apartment renovated in 2018 offers services up to your expectations; 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet at the entrance and a large living room make up this exceptional property. Very close to the city centre, you will enjoy a welcome calm in the evening.
This magnificent apartment consists of:
- An entrance with its storage cupboard (hiding a washing machine) and independent toilet.
- A few steps lead you into the magnificent living room/kitchen with a large dining table, sofa and armchairs corner with its fireplace.
- The master bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) provides access to a loggia area (former closed balcony) ideal for a children's playroom.
- Upstairs you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) as well as 2 bunk beds (80x190cm).
- 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub) are located between the two bedrooms upstairs.
- The second bedroom on the upper floor also has a bunk bed corner (80x190cm) for children as well as a Queen-size bed (160x190cm).
- A large cellar in front of the apartment entrance allows storing all ski equipment.
This apartment is perfectly suited for 2 families with children. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its cellar.
The beds are made for your arrival and household linen provided. End of stay cleaning included.

Feel like in an individual Chalet ! 135m2 apartment well decorated with a large terrace.
Large spaces for this 135m2 apartment fully renovated. This 2 level apartment has a large living on first level and a night space on the second.
Here is a description of the living space :
Entrance level :
- 1 entrance with ski-shoe dryer and lots of storage space.
- 1 separated toilet.
- 1 double bed with wardrobe.
- 1 fully equiped kitchen.
- 1 living/dinning space of approximatively 65m2.
- 1 private terrace.
First level :
- 2 rooms (double bed)
- 1 kids room with 2 bunk beds + 2 extra single beds
- 2 bathroom with each a toilet. One with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
- 1 storage space with a small safe and wardrobes.
- 1 mezzanine (perfect for kids to play).
You'll have access to the apartment and it's terrace.
