- Entrance leading to an equipped kitchen on the right semi-open to the living area
- Dining area with high table and 6 chairs
- Living space with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, access to the full-length balcony facing due west
- First child's bedroom with bunk beds and storage
- Bathroom with bathtub and WC
- Shower room, vanity unit and mirror
- Very large master bedroom with double bed, storage and 2nd access to the balcony
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 holidaymakers.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
End of stay cleaning, sheets & towels as well as made beds on arrival are included in the cleaning and laundry package
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurant.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the station reception)

Completely renovated with taste in 2025, this magnificent apartment has been very well optimised!
This apartment, completely renovated, is located on the 2nd floor of the Pas du Lac residence:
- Entrance with bathroom on the left including toilet, shower, washbasin unit & mirror
- To the right of the entrance a first sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (70 x 190 cm)
- Cabin corner with 1 double bed (140x190cm)
- Lounge area with sofa and fully equipped kitchen, bench seating and dining table at height
- Access to a South-east facing balcony
- A large storage room on the same floor will allow you to store all your ski equipment
You will have access to the entire apartment
We are present at the station and available at any time if needed
You will be in the historic district of Avoriaz, with its very distinctive and charming architecture. Close to Jean Vuarnet Square, you can set off on the slopes with your skis on your feet and shops are easily accessible thanks to public lifts!
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort.
