Very nice two-room apartment located in the highly appreciated Falaise neighbourhood. A few steps from the reception station!
150m from the covered car park and close to shops, Le Tilia is a very pleasant 2-room apartment that will accommodate up to 4 guests.
On the 3rd floor of a residence with a lift, it is composed as follows:
- Entrance with storage
- Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin unit, mirror and WC.
- Living area with a fitted corner kitchen open to the living room
- Dining table with 4 chairs
- Comfortable 2-seater sofa bed in the living room (160x190cm)
- Bedroom with a double bed and storage (140x190cm)
- From the living room we can access a pleasant sunny balcony with an unobstructed view
- Ski locker in the snow ground floor of the residence
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
We are on site during your stay in case of need.
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and the station reception. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment and many shops are just a few steps from the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurants.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the resort reception)

Completely renovated with taste in 2025, this magnificent apartment has been very well optimised!
This fully renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Pas du Lac residence:
- Entrance with bathroom on the left including WC, shower, sink unit & mirror
- To the right of the entrance, a first sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (70 x 190 cm)
