- Upstairs, a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80x200cm) + storage.
- A large bathroom fully renovated with walk-in shower and toilet.
- An open living space with fitted kitchen and living room with sofa bed (140x190cm) / dining area as well as a magnificent fireplace.
- A balcony with an unobstructed view of the entire Morzine valley.
- The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, WIFI, a small radio and DVD player (DVDs available).

Fontaines Blanches neighborhood is right at the center of Avoriaz : bars, shops and supermarkets at the bottom of the building. You can also easily access slopes from the apartment !
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can join the apartement with a shuttle. Price is around 13€ for the family.

Superb and cosy apartment perfect for a family of 4 located in the calm part of Avoriaz
With a surface of 30,5m2 this apartment can welcome a maximum of 4 persons in confort.
The room is located on the entrance of the apartment. It is composed of 2 double beds (bunk beds).
The hallway will get you to a separated toilet, the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Living room with fully equiped kitchen (Oven, dish-washer, fridge, coffee machine and kettle).
Sofa bed and dining table in the living room. Access to a beautiful south facing balcony.
Towels and bed linen are included.
You'll have access to the apartment.
