This charming apartment is arranged as follows:
-An entrance with a large cupboard and a storage wardrobe.
Independent WC.
- Laundry area with washing machine + tumble dryer as well as a large fridge.
- Master suite with double bed (160x200cm) and storage, bathroom with bathtub and washbasin.
- Upstairs, a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80x200cm) + storage.
- A large bathroom fully renovated with walk-in shower and toilet.
- An open living space with fitted kitchen and living room with sofa bed (140x190cm) / dining area as well as a magnificent fireplace.
- A balcony with an unobstructed view of the entire Morzine valley.
- The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, WIFI, a small radio and DVD player (DVDs available).
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.

- Room with twin beds and foldable bed on top. Cupboard on the side to store clothes
- Living room with fully equiped open kitchen. Dining table, bench and sofa bed. Storage space on the side, flat screen TV and access to a large balcony

N'etant pas partenairedu multipass il a fallu ajouter 2 pass adultes et un pas +5ans soit 300€ ce qui augmente le cout final. La prochaine fous on privilégiera P&V ou Belhambra.
