This magnificent 3-room apartment, fully renovated, located on the 5th floor of the Les Crozats residence, is composed as follows:

- A shower room with a vanity unit
- Separate toilet
- An open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, extractor hood and Nespresso coffee machine.
- A living room - TV / dining area with access to a south-facing balcony from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountains and the village of Avoriaz.
- A bedroom with a large double bed (160x200cm) with TV and balcony access
- With the apartment you also have a ski locker on the ground floor of the residence.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and the ski room.
End-of-stay cleaning, sheets & towels as well as beds made upon arrival are included in the cleaning and laundry package
We are present at the station and available at any time if needed

Beautiful two-room flat ideally located in the highly appreciated Falaise district, 150m from the reception station and close to shops.
On the 5th floor of the Saskia residence, the apartment is composed as follows:
