- Sleeping space for 2 persons in the mezzanine with 2 single beds
- Adults suite with double bed, storage space and bathroom with a bathtub.
You'll have access to a ski locker next to the entrance of the apartment.

We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything !
Pas du Lac is located near place Jean Vuarnet. Direct access on the slopes and center at 5min walk with public elevator.
Avoriaz is 100% ski/pedestrian resort.

Nice apartement very close to the car park and easy ski-in/ski-out. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 with a beautiful west facing balcony !
This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is very close to the parking, west facing and easy to ski-in/ski-out. It was fully renovated a few years ago (except the bathroom)
- Entrance with a small room on the left (composed of 2 single bunk beds).
- Hallway with independant toilet
- Bathroom with bathtub
- In the living area you'll find a dining table, a beautiful kitchen fully equiped and a living area with a large sofa bed (160x190cm)
- Beautiful views over Seraussaix from living area and access to the balcony.

Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment as well ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.
