Very nice family apartment located in the heart of Avoriaz. Very comfortable for 6 with 2.5 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Located on the 8th floor of a building in the heart of Avoriaz, you will have all amenities at the foot of the residence.
The entrance opens onto a very beautiful fully equipped kitchen, open to a comfortable living and dining area with dining table and sofa. Access to a west-facing balcony with a beautiful view.
On the left side of the apartment, there is a master suite with a double bed, dressing room and bathroom.
On the other side, there is a new sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a cabin area (not closed) with 2 bunk beds giving access to a second bathroom.
Ski locker available on the apartment landing.
Towels are included and beds are made upon arrival.
You will have access to the apartment and its ski locker.
We are based in Avoriaz in case of need!
The Portes du Soleil building is very central. Ice rink, cinema, supermarket, restaurants and shops are about a hundred metres from the residence.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort.
End of stay cleaning, towels and made beds included.

This 2 bedroom appartment was completly renovated to offer a unique experience. Loads of space in the entrance to stack your skis and snowboards, we also have a shoe dryer for 4. The kitchen is fully equiped with beautiful wood. Perfectly adapted to cooking for 6 pax. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask ! We hope to meet you in Avoriaz soon !! All the appartement is at your disposal We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything ! Our appartment is centrally located in "Les Ruches". You are just a few meters from the supermarket and the tourism office. Apparment is Ski in/Ski out. 2 possibilities of arrival : les Prodains or the main Parking lot (Avoriaz 1800). We recommand that you ask for a shuttle once you arrive in Avoriaz if you have a lot of stuff. The appartement is 5-10min walk from the top of Les Prodains 3S (cable car). For this season we have decided to include everything : Towels and bed linnen. A bottle of Champagne will be waiting for you in the living room as a welcome gift. Beautiful view from this apartment located in Promenade des Ardoisieres The entrance with wardrobe and closet will get you to the open kitchen, dining and living room. On your left when you enter the apartment you'll find a bathroom with bathtub, separated toilet and a vaste room with double bed and a bunk bed. You can join the living area from this space as well. On of the mail highlight from this apartment is the south facing balcony with great view of Morzine valley. Apartment is equiped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, Wifi and stereo. You'll have access to the apartment and it's balcony. We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything ! Promenade des Ardoisières is a very quiet neighborhood a fews steps away from shops. Easy ski-in/ski-out with a public elevator in front of the residence. Avoriaz is a 100% ski/pedestrian resort. Cleaning, beds linen and towels included
