Very nice family apartment located in the heart of Avoriaz. Very comfortable for 6 with 2.5 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Located on the 8th floor of a building in the heart of Avoriaz, you will have all amenities at the foot of the residence.
The entrance opens onto a very beautiful fully equipped kitchen, open to a comfortable living and dining area with dining table and sofa. Access to a west-facing balcony with a beautiful view.
On the left side of the apartment, there is a master suite with a double bed, dressing room and bathroom.
On the other side, there is a new sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a cabin area (not closed) with 2 bunk beds giving access to a second bathroom.
Ski locker available on the apartment landing.
Towels are included and beds are made upon arrival.
You will have access to the apartment and its ski locker.
We are based in Avoriaz in case of need!
The Portes du Soleil building is very central. Ice rink, cinema, supermarket, restaurants and shops are about a hundred metres from the residence.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort.
End of stay cleaning, towels and made beds included.

Ideally located in the Ruches District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski holidays in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of the Sherpa supermarket for friendly or family evenings. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a large comfort rapido sofa bed. The entrance has numerous storage spaces as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.
Optimised for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothing at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After renovating the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
The beehive district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski departure and arrival on the slopes throughout the season.
2 possibilities for arrival are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Les Prodains or the Welcome Centre. It is recommended that you take a shuttle if very loaded, thanks to the public lift of Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the 3S cable car of Prodains.
We have chosen to include sheets and towels in the rental price. A bottle of champagne will await you to welcome you. Thus, you can leave peacefully for your holidays, everything is included!2 reviews -
Beautiful view from this apartment located in Promenade des Ardoisieres
The entrance with wardrobe and closet will get you to the open kitchen, dining and living room.
On your left when you enter the apartment you'll find a bathroom with bathtub, separated toilet and a vaste room with double bed and a bunk bed. You can join the living area from this space as well.
On of the mail highlight from this apartment is the south facing balcony with great view of Morzine valley.
Apartment is equiped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, Wifi and stereo.
You'll have access to the apartment and it's balcony.

Promenade des Ardoisières is a very quiet neighborhood a fews steps away from shops. Easy ski-in/ski-out with a public elevator in front of the residence.
