Magnificent view and calm for this large 2-bedroom apartment partially renovated on the very quiet and sought-after Ardoisières promenade.
Partially renovated in 2025 and located on the ground floor of the Araucarya residence, it is composed as follows:
- Entrance with pleasant storage cupboard
- A corridor leads to the right to the renovated and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant living space with dining table, simple bench serving as a 190x80cm bed and a trundle bed underneath (190x80cm). A balcony is accessible from the living space.
- A hallway leads to the left to a bedroom with a double bed and storage cupboards.
- On the right, we find the water rooms with a washing machine, an independent WC and a fully renovated bathroom with vanity unit, mirror and bathtub.
We are on site during your stay in case of need.
The housekeeping rate includes end-of-stay cleaning, provision of sheets and towels, as well as beds made upon arrival.
The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic district of Avoriaz with numerous chalets. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to easily return to the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment by snowcat. Expect around £13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.

Completely renovated with taste in 2025, this magnificent apartment has been very well optimised!
This fully renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Pas du Lac residence:
- Entrance with bathroom on the left including WC, shower, sink unit & mirror
- To the right of the entrance, a first sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (70 x 190 cm)
- Cabin corner with 1 double bed (140x190cm)
