Renovated 2-room apartment accommodating up to 4 people comfortably! High floor with magnificent sunsets from the living space and balcony!
Located on the 7th floor of the Malinka residence, this 2-room apartment is very close to the underground car park, facing due west and ski access is very easy from the door.
- The entrance leads to a small bedroom with window on the left. Storage and 2 bunk beds
- In the hallway you will find a separate WC then a bathroom with bathtub
- The living space consists of a dining area with table and chairs for 4, an equipped kitchen and a lounge area with convertible sofa bed (160x190) as well as an HD TV.
- Beautiful clear view of the Zore ridges and Proclou sector from a pleasant balcony.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurant.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from station reception)
For any requests do not hesitate to ask us! End of stay cleaning, sheets & towels are included in the cleaning and laundry package.

Completely renovated with taste in autumn 2022, this magnificent apartment has been very well optimised for 4 thanks to 2 separate sleeping areas!
This completely refurbished apartment is located on the 8th floor of the Alpages 1 residence:
