2 bedrooms + living room and open kitchen.
A day area, with separate toilet, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A console table with 8 seats if you have guests, a bench and a 3-seater sofa. A connected TV is available in the living room, USB ports to charge phones.
Internet via fibre optic, free wifi.
Very large balcony accessible from the living room and featuring a table and chairs for 6 guests.
A washer-dryer and a shoe dryer are available in the large separate toilet.
The night area consists of a bedroom with a large double bed of 160x200. A cabin area with 2 bunk beds (140x190cm) which allows sleeping for 4 people. No need to sleep on a simple sofa in the living room. For these 2 beds, there is a connected TV and an AppleTV, USB sockets.
The bathroom has a large shower.
Many storage solutions that allow keeping the space free.
There are 2 ski lockers available.
We will welcome you upon your arrival.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.

Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can move around by ski, on foot, by sledge or by horse-drawn carriage.

Superb view and calm for this magnificent fully renovated and furnished apartment with iconic luxury design pieces. Ideally located on the highly appreciated Ardoisières promenade.
This 44m2 apartment will seduce you with its large volumes and beautiful finishes (polished concrete floor, rosewood kitchen...). It is arranged as follows:
Entrance equipped with a shoe dryer and private glove dryer to be able to ski with dry feet and hands.
Just after the entrance, 2 fully retractable single bunk beds, storage spaces and a very large mirror.
A separate toilet with a hand basin and cupboards.
The fully-equipped kitchen with height is entirely equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, integrated fridge, washer-dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a raclette appliance, an electric fondue appliance......) and overlooks a dining table with chairs.
The living room with its beautiful ceiling height features a pleasant sofa, a TV, an armchair and a Jean Prouvé coffee table, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, a Wii, WiFi modem.... And access to a large south/west facing balcony.
The room has a double bed 160cm, a second TV and numerous storage spaces.
The bathroom with a bathtub, designer washbasin and a towel radiator.
The apartment has a large ski locker in the entrance of the residence.

The cleaning package includes made beds upon arrival and the provision of towels.
The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic district of Avoriaz with numerous chalets. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to easily return to the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment by snowcat. Expect around £13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.

Fantastic location, right on the main street of Avoriaz, within 100m easy walk from anything you'd need. Apartment ended up feeling bigger than it looked in photos. Excellent service from Immodreams over the phone on arrival and departure. Very happysee more

Hadn't been cleaned under sofa and furniture for quite some time. And dining table seemed unusual or difficult to use for fitting 4-5 people around it - unless we didn't know how to extend/use it, I suggest you get a new dining table so 4 people can see more
