A living area, with separate toilet, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A console table seating 8 if you have guests, a bench seat and a 3-seater sofa. A connected TV is available in the lounge, USB sockets for charging phones.
Fibre optic internet, free wifi.
Very large balcony accessible from the lounge and equipped with a table and chairs for 6 guests.
A washer dryer and a shoe dryer are available in the large separate toilet.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a large double bed of 160x200. A cabin corner with 2 bunk beds (140x190cm) which allows sleeping for 4 people. No need to sleep on a simple sofa in a living room. There is, for these 2 beds, a connected TV and an AppleTV, USB sockets.
The bathroom benefits from a large shower.

The residence has easy ski-in and ski-out access facilitated by the blue run crossing Avoriaz, allowing you to arrive at the foot of the residence directly.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can get around by ski, on foot, by sledge or by horse-drawn carriage.

Ideally located in the Ruches District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski holidays in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of the Sherpa supermarket for convivial evenings with friends or family. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable Rapido sofa bed. The entrance has plenty of storage as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.
Optimised for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After a renovation of the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
The Ruches district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski departure and arrival at your feet throughout the season.
2 arrival options are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Les Prodains or the Welcome area. You are advised to take a shuttle if very busy, thanks to the public lift at Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the 3S cable car at Les Prodains.

Superb view and peaceful setting for this magnificent fully renovated and furnished apartment with very luxurious iconic design pieces. Ideally located on the highly appreciated Ardoisières promenade.
This 44m² apartment will seduce you with its spacious volumes and beautiful finishes (polished concrete flooring, rosewood kitchen...). It is laid out as follows:
Entrance equipped with a private shoe dryer and glove dryer so you can ski with dry feet and hands.
Just after the entrance, 2 single bunk beds that are completely retractable, storage spaces and a very large mirror.
A separate toilet with hand basin and cupboards.
The tall kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, integrated fridge, washer dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a raclette machine, an electric fondue set......) and opens onto a dining table with chairs.
The lounge with its pleasant ceiling height features a comfortable sofa, a TV, an armchair and a Jean Prouvé coffee table, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, a wii, wifi modem.... And access to a large south/west-facing balcony.
The room has a double bed 160cm, a second TV and plenty of storage space.
The bathroom with bathtub, designer sink and towel rail.
The apartment has a large ski locker in the residence entrance.
You will have access to the entire apartment.

The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic neighbourhood in Avoriaz with numerous chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to easily reach the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort; once you've parked your car, you can reach the apartment by shuttle. Allow approximately £13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.

Hadn't been cleaned under sofa and furniture for quite some time. And dining table seemed unusual or difficult to use for fitting 4-5 people around it - unless we didn't know how to extend/use it, I suggest you get a new dining table so 4 people can see more
