A bar added to the fully equiped kitchen will allow you to eat for up to 4 persons. With a separated toilet, the bathroom with shower also has another toilet. With a queen size bed the adults room also offers storage. A window will let you enjoy beautiful views of place du téléphérique and Morzine Valley.
From the dining table if you take a few steps down you'll get to the living room with 2 single sofas that can be used as beds and a sofa. This cosy space will let you access a nice balcony to enjoy the view of Hauts-Forts & place du téléphérique.
A ski locker is at your disposal on the entrance of the residence.
You'll have full access to the apartment and it's balcony.
We are based in Avoriaz and available during your stay !
Slopes directly accessible from the bottom of the residence. Located in historical Avoriaz this apartment is 8min away from the center (thanks to public elevators) and very calm.
Avoriaz is 100% pedestrians only.
Final cleaning, beds linen and towels are included and beds will be ready for you.

Nice apartement very close to the car park and easy ski-in/ski-out. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 with a beautiful west facing balcony !
This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is very close to the parking, west facing and easy to ski-in/ski-out. It was fully renovated a few years ago (except the bathroom)
- Entrance with a small room on the left (composed of 2 single bunk beds).
- Hallway with independant toilet
- Bathroom with bathtub
- In the living area you'll find a dining table, a beautiful kitchen fully equiped and a living area with a large sofa bed (160x190cm)
- Beautiful views over Seraussaix from living area and access to the balcony.
