Entirely renovated with taste in 2023, this magnificent apartment is ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children.
The apartment consists of:
- An entrance with storage and shoe dryer.
- A children's bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (80x190cm).
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- A master bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), plenty of storage space and a private balcony.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs.
- A dining area with a large table and its 6 chairs.
- A living room - TV area with sofa bed and access to the second balcony.
- A separate toilet.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and the ski room.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
Located on the Snow square, the apartment has a very appreciated central positioning.
The children's village as well as all shops are accessible at the foot of the residence.
Ski departures and returns are done directly and easily from the entrance of the residence.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can move around on foot, by ski or by using the internal horse-drawn carriage system in Avoriaz.

Fontaines Blanches neighborhood is right at the center of Avoriaz : bars, shops and supermarkets at the bottom of the building. You can also easily access slopes from the apartment !
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can join the apartement with a shuttle. Price is around 13€ for the family.

Superb and cosy apartment perfect for a family of 4 located in the calm part of Avoriaz
With a surface of 30,5m2 this apartment can welcome a maximum of 4 persons in confort.
The room is located on the entrance of the apartment. It is composed of 2 double beds (bunk beds).
The hallway will get you to a separated toilet, the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Living room with fully equiped kitchen (Oven, dish-washer, fridge, coffee machine and kettle).
Sofa bed and dining table in the living room. Access to a beautiful south facing balcony.
Towels and bed linen are included.
You'll have access to the apartment.
