Superb view and calm for this magnificent fully renovated apartment on the 3rd floor of the highly appreciated Thuya residence on the Promenade des Ardoisières.
With its 42m2, it will seduce you thanks to its volumes and its beautiful finishes.
It is laid out as follows: Beautiful entrance with storage allowing you to take off your shoes and giving access to a beautiful living space.
Just after the entrance, on the left you will find an independent toilet.
On the right the large bathroom with double vanity unit and Italian shower as well as an electric towel rail.
The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, large integrated fridge, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle...) and the dining area with bench and tables are positioned under the mezzanine.
On the right before a few steps you will find the master bedroom with its large storage closet. The window overlooking the balcony will allow you to enjoy the sunsets and the view of the Morzine valley.
The living room has two sofas, a TV and its furniture, a speaker and access to a large south/west facing balcony.
From the living room it is also possible to access the pleasant mezzanine with its double bed.
The apartment has a ski locker in the entrance of the residence.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The cleaning service includes made-up beds on arrival and the provision of towels.
The Dromonts district is a historic and very quiet district of Avoriaz with many chalets.
You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public elevator (just opposite - Sassanka residence) will allow you to easily reach the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment by a caterpillar. Count about 13€ for the trip (cash required) for the whole family.

Completely renovated with taste in 2025, this magnificent apartment has been very well optimised!
This fully renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Pas du Lac residence:
- Entrance with bathroom on the left including WC, shower, sink unit & mirror
- To the right of the entrance, a first sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (70 x 190 cm)
- Cabin corner with 1 double bed (140x190cm)
- Living area with sofa and fully equipped kitchen, bench seat and raised dining table
- Access to a south-east facing balcony
- A large storage room on the same floor will allow storage of all ski equipment
