This fully renovated apartment, located on the 5th floor of the Alpage 2 residence, is composed as follows:

- A large fully equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs, washing machine (washer/dryer) and Nespresso coffee machine.
- A large living room - TV / dining room from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Arare and the village of Avoriaz.
- From the living room, you access a first suite with a double bed (140x190cm), private bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the right wing of the apartment you will find:
- A room equipped with 2 bunk beds (2 children's sleeping spaces, 190cm long).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- A double room (160 cm bed) with balcony access and view of the Arare mountain.
- A master bedroom with a Queen size bed (160cm) and its exceptional private bathroom (very large bathtub, vanity unit and toilet).
-The apartment has a very large running balcony which you can access from the living room, the double bedroom and the master bedroom.
- With the apartment you also have a ski room on the ground floor of the residence.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and the ski room.
We are present at the station and available at any time if needed
In the heart of the Crozats district, you will be just a few steps from the Avoriaz city centre thanks to the public escalators!!
All shops, restaurants and supermarkets are approximately 300m away.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can move around on foot, by ski or by using the internal horse-drawn carriage system in Avoriaz.

Ce grand appartement situé dans la résidence des Mélèzes (à 50m du centre ville et de l'ensemble des commerces) dispose :
- D'un casier à ski situé dans la résidence afin de gagner en confort.
- D'un espace cuisine, salle à manger, séjour de plus de 40m², ce qui est un volume rare sur la station.
- D'une salle de bain avec baignoire et d'une salle d'eau avec douche.
- D'un WC séparé.
- D'une très grande chambre double avec espace de rangement conséquent.
- D'une grande chambre composé de lit superposé et de 2 lit simples, cette chambre peut accueillir 4 personnes au total.
- Dans l'espace salon, 2 couchage supplémentaires sont disponibles.
- D'un balcon, offrant un ensoleillement très agréable et une magnifique vue sur le domaine skiable de la station.
L'espace salon peut se séparer du reste de la salle à manger et de la cuisine par un grand rideaux occultant, créant presque une 3 ème chambre.
La résidence des Mélèzes ne dispose pas de magasins ou de restaurant, ce qui offre un calme très appréciable le soir venu.

Le quartier du "Vieux Avoriaz" est très apprécié pour son architecture et son calme.
Avec un accès et un retour ski au pied des plus simple, la résidence des Mélèze reste l'une des plus confortables sur ce point.
Le centre ville d'Avoriaz et l'ensemble des commerces (dont le village des enfants) ce situe à 50m de la résidence.
Avoriaz est une station 100% piétonne.
Les déplacements dans la station s'effectue à pied, en ski ou en traîneaux.
