Beautiful two-bedroom apartment with cabin bed located in the highly appreciated Falaise district. Just a stone's throw from the station reception and freshly renovated!
Ideally situated in the Elinka building, 100m from covered parking and close to shops, the Elinka is a very lovely 2-bedroom apartment with cabin bed ideal for a family of 4.
On the 2nd floor of a residence with lift, it comprises:
- Entrance with storage
- Master bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and storage
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and mirror
- Living area with an equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge
- Sofa and armchair in the lounge
- Children's bedroom with two bunk beds (80x190cm)
- French doors providing access to a sunny balcony with unobstructed views (south-east facing)
- Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence
You will have access to the entire apartment.
End of stay cleaning, sheets & towels as well as made beds on arrival are included in the cleaning and laundry package.
We are on hand during your stay if needed.
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and numerous shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurants.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the station reception).

Completely renovated with taste in autumn 2022, this magnificent apartment has been very well optimised for 4 thanks to 2 separate sleeping areas!
This completely refurbished apartment is located on the 8th floor of the Alpages 1 residence:

Si possible, il faudrait ajouter un bac pour les chaussures à l'entrée pour éviter de salir et peut être des oreillers supplémentaires.
Une 2eme clé pour le casier à ski serait appréciable .
