Beautiful two-room cabin flat located in the highly sought-after Falaise neighbourhood. Just a stone's throw from the reception station and recently renovated!
Ideally located in the Elinka building, 100m from the covered car park and close to shops, L'Elinka is a very beautiful 2-room cabin ideal for a family of 4.
On the 2nd floor of a residence with a lift, it is composed as follows:
- Entrance with storage
- Adult bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and storage
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin unit and mirror
- Living area with an equipped kitchen open to the living room
- Sofa and armchair in the living room
- Children's bedroom with two bunk beds (80x190cm)
- French window giving access to a sunny balcony with an unobstructed view (south-east facing)
- Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence
You will have access to the entire apartment.
End-of-stay cleaning, sheets & towels as well as beds made upon arrival are included in the cleaning and laundry package
We are on site during your stay in case of need.
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and the resort reception. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurants.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the resort reception)

Si possible, il faudrait ajouter un bac pour les chaussures à l'entrée pour éviter de salir et peut être des oreillers supplémentaires.
Une 2eme clé pour le casier à ski serait appréciable .
